Finally I can post my five minute video.
This one has taken much longer than expected to put together and has caused me no end of headaches but I think it is working now.
I spent a long time writing the script and I’m happy with how it turned out but it was quite an emotional process. I delved deeper into my mind and state of being than expected, but I think I’m more comfortable with being vulnerable in this process than I was before.
On a practical level I didn’t fully think of what images I would use for each section of the script as I went. This presented a real challenge in getting the right images in the right order with the right timing.
Trying to read the script at the right pace and without making mistakes was also challenging. In the end I have gone with the best version but not necessarily without a few verbal hiccups along the way!
I’ve also had some technical challenges but from what I understand, Jonathan and the team are more interested in the content than the production. At least I hope that is the case!!
